PS 340 values and instills the importance of mindfulness at every age. Along with our partnership with Brain Power Wellness, we start off each week with Mindful Moment Mondays. During the morning announcements, we practice one of the many mindful moment strategies to get us off on the right foot. Throughout each day, teachers and students include brain breaks and mindful moments as a way to refocus on the tasks at hand.
